Wilson Tshivhasa Rambau
Co-Founder
Co-Founder and Director of the firm. Mr Rambau studied B Proc at the University of the North, LLB at the University of Limpopo, LLM at the University of Pretoria and LLM at the University of South Africa.
He completed his articles from Nowbath Singh Attorneys in Johannesburg.
He was admitted as an Attorney on 5th June 1995.
The Director specialises in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Municipal Law, Civil Litigation, Environmental Law, Mining Law and Contract Negotiations and drafting.
Mr Rambau worked as a Public Prosecutor and later a Magistrate at the Department of Justice.
He worked at Geoff Nonyane Attorneys as a Professional Assistant and later joined Ntseare and Matojane Attorneys
He thereafter worked at Rambau Moseathlaga Attorneys as a Senior Partner.
He thereafter worked as a Senior Assistant State Attorney both in Bloemforntein and Johannesburg until 2011.
The Director joined Sasol Oil (Pty) Ltd as a Senior Specialist Legal Advisor On the 1st March 2011 until 31st December 2017.
Mr Rambau is also trained as a Judge.
